Terms & Conditions
These Terms apply to all bookings and visits to ChromaticAF, operated by InspireGenerations Ltd.
Bookings:
All sessions must be booked in advance via our website. Bookings are confirmed upon payment.
Cancellations and refunds:
Bookings are non-refundable. We may, at our discretion, allow rescheduling with sufficient notice.
Arrival time:
Please arrive on time. Late arrival may reduce your session time.
Clothing and personal items:
Paint may stain. We provide protective clothing, but ChromaticAF is not responsible for damage to personal clothing, footwear, or belongings.
Health and safety:
Participants must follow staff instructions at all times. We reserve the right to remove anyone behaving unsafely or inappropriately.
Assumption of risk:
This is an active, messy, physical experience. By participating, you accept the inherent risks involved.
Photography and media:
Photos/videos may be taken for promotional use. If you do not wish to appear, inform staff on arrival.
Children:
Under 16s must be supervised by an adult.
Bring Your Own Drink (BYOD):
ChromaticAF operates a BYOD policy.
Guests may bring their own alcoholic drinks for personal consumption during their session only. You must be 18 years or over to consume alcohol on the premises. Valid ID may be requested.
All alcohol brought onto the premises must be consumed responsibly. Staff reserve the right to refuse entry, refuse participation, or ask any guest to leave if they appear intoxicated, disruptive, or unsafe.
Alcohol must not be shared with anyone under 18. ChromaticAF accepts no responsibility for the consumption of alcohol brought onto the premises by guests.
We reserve the right to withdraw the BYOD policy at any time.
